How pay-per-booking works
Three steps, and you control the only one that costs anything.
Start a free 2-week pilot
Full service from day one — the AI answers your overflow and after-hours calls, books jobs pending your Confirm Text, and texts you summaries. Nothing bills during the pilot, and the two weeks start when your line actually forwards to us — not when you book the setup call. No card required, and it never auto-converts — going paid is a decision you make with us, not a date that sneaks up.
Confirm what's real, one text at a time
Every proposed booking hits your phone as a Confirm Text. Tap yes and it's on your calendar; ignore it and nothing happens. Spam and tire-kickers never reach the calendar or the bill — the trigger is your confirmation, and it's the only trigger both of us can verify from the same text thread.
Pay $30 per confirmed booking
After the pilot, your invoice is one line: $30 × the bookings you confirmed, billed monthly in arrears with the recording attached to every line item. Cancel anytime with an email.
The comparison that matters
You're already paying for the phone. Probably more than this.
Every HVAC shop pays for call coverage one way or another — the invoice just wears a different name.
Answering service
$500–650 / month
You get a message, not a booking — and you pay every month whether or not a single job comes in.
Lead marketplaces (Angi, Thumbtack)
$200+ per booked job, effectively
Lead sites charge you ~$200 to compete for a stranger. We charge $30 for a booked job from your own ringing phone.
Front-desk hire
$3,000–4,000 / month
Covers 40 hours a week. Nights, weekends, lunch, and sick days still go to voicemail.
DispatchAnswer
$0 / month + $30 per confirmed booking
A booked job on your calendar, or it's free — and you decide what counts.

The founder's guarantee
You judge. You ask. I refund.
If you tell me DispatchAnswer didn't pay for itself in your first paid month, I refund every booking fee from that month. You judge, not me — no form, no argument. I'm in Commack; you know where to find me.
The billing mechanics, in writing
No card for the pilot, and it never auto-converts. Paid months: card on file, billed monthly in arrears, every line item a booking you confirmed, with the recording attached. Dispute any booking by replying to its Confirm Text thread or texting us — during your first paid month, disputes resolve your way.
You hold the leash
The Confirm Text, on by default.
Every call is recorded, transcribed, and texted to you. Nothing lands on your calendar until you confirm it from one text — and nothing ever bills except bookings you confirmed.

Run the math on one job
One recovered job pays for months of bookings.
Punch your average ticket into the calculator on the homepage, or skip ahead: play the recording, start the pilot, and let the Confirm Texts make the argument.
